Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) régissent l’accès et l’utilisation de la plateforme Thesia, proposant des contenus de formation en ligne destinés à accompagner les étudiants en médecine générale dans la réalisation de leur thèse.
Les services incluent notamment :
accès à des modules e-learning (vidéos, supports pédagogiques)
outils méthodologiques (REB, bibliographie, structuration)
assistance à la rédaction
contenus numériques téléchargeables ou consultables en ligne
2. Nature des services
Les services proposés constituent des prestations de formation non diplômantes, à visée pédagogique et méthodologique.
Ils ne se substituent pas :
à une formation universitaire
à un encadrement institutionnel de thèse
à un avis médical ou scientifique individualisé
3. Accès à la plateforme
L’accès est personnel, nominatif et non transférable.
L’utilisateur s’engage à :
fournir des informations exactes
ne pas partager ses identifiants
utiliser la plateforme conformément à sa finalité
4. Prix et paiement
Les prix sont indiqués en euros TTC.
Le paiement est exigible immédiatement lors de la commande via la plateforme sécurisée.
L’accès aux contenus est conditionné à la validation du paiement.
5. Droit de rétractation
Conformément à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation, le droit de rétractation ne peut être exercé pour les contenus numériques fournis immédiatement après achat et dont l’exécution a commencé avec l’accord du client.
En validant son achat, l’utilisateur :
